First impressions are so important. Welcome potential buyers before they even step foot inside. Adding some inviting seating, plants and perhaps even painting your front door a bold new color are just a few ideas say Welcome to your New Home.

Another trick I like to use on front porches and entryways is to create a connection with the inside of the home. If you look closely at the pillows on the porch chairs, you will see birds. This home was decorated with a bird theme throughout, so the birds on the porch pillows help tie the theme in the inside before you even step in. This could also be achieved with color...the red door gave me an inspiration to use pops of red throughout the inside as well. Good first impressions can be very lasting.
